Job Title: Production/manufacturing/warehouse/Maintenance - Supervisor/Lead/Manager

Duration: 2-year Contract on W2 (without benefits) with possible extension

Location: 1725 7th Street SE Valley City ND USA 58072 (ONSITE ROLE)

Payrate: $5

.00 per hours W2 without any benefits and no relocation assistance.

Notes:

-2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am) M-F-Education Preferred: BA or BS-Years of Experience Required: 3-7yrs-40 hours per week, intermittent OT-Internal metatarsal safety shoes are required (different than steel toe boots).-Position requires candidates to be on the shop floor 100% of the time

Skill Set Requirements:- Supervisory experience on shop floor (Highly Preferred)- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)- Comfortable giving work direction on shop floor- and able to work with a diverse group of people.- Good communication skills- Good decision making and problem-solving skills- Ability to focus on Safety and Quality in all processes.- Ability to stay calm during tense situations as well as be able to treat others well during tense interactions.

All candidates must be able to start their assignment within 3 weeks of accepting the offer
