Flooring Installation Assistant

Hello Everyone!

At LaValle Flooring, we're looking for Flooring Installation Assistants. Interested applicants will be helping deliver flooring, preparing concrete and wood subfloors, and assisting with installation of floor coverings. These floor coverings include carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and tile. We enjoy what we do and giving our installations 100%! We are based out of Valley City, North Dakota, most of our work is between Jamestown and Valley City. Other locations include Minot, Bismarck, and Fargo.

Applicant must be able to lift and carry 50lbs, have their own transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and the desire to learn a fulfilling trade.

We work year round, indoors. Most hours are weekdays, with a few weekends per year, semi regular overtime is available. No experience necessary. Must have transportation and be able to pass a background check. We encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply.

Starting Pay Range: $18/hour - $24/ hour

Paid Training: 12 hours of paid classroom training per month, we also offer travel opportunities in state and out of state with manufacturers and professional industry associations. We want you to learn and grow to either become a lead installer or even help you start your own installation business.

Future Career Paths: Journeyman Installer, Lead Installer, Installation Manager, Sales, Estimating, Independent Contractor, Manufacturer Sales Representative, Distributor Sales Representative.
