Job DetailsWe are looking for a Tier 1 Desktop Support Specialist to help provide great support to our headquarters in Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft/Windows products and be able to support both entry-level staff through the executive suite.Must have

• Experience providing Tier 1 support
• Great understanding of Microsoft/Windows products
• Great customer service skills
• Great communication skills

Nice to have

• Bachelors in Information Technology
• Ability to help on both Microsoft and Mac computers
• Understanding of VOIP phone systems
• Basic understanding of networking
