Technical Vendor Manager

The Technical Vendor Manager is part of the Engineering Procurement team and is responsible for managing technology vendor relationships including contracts, performance, relationships, risks and financials.You will be responsible for sourcing, procurement and vendor management of new and incumbent on prem and cloud-native vendors across vertical such as API Management, Security, Identity & Authentication, Database Providers, SAAS/PAAS providers, service and staff augmentation providers.Manage the entire lifecycle of a from sourcing, onboarding, execution to offboarding.Your role will require that you collaborate with the Compliance, Procurement, Legal and Security teams and more, to complete technical vendor evaluations, security assessments, commercial negotiations, and the facilitation of legal agreement completion and execution.You will possess the skill to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis.You will have the ability to prioritize your work, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines.The candidate must have experience working with technology solutions that provide on-prem and SaaS offerings as well as a deep knowledge and understanding off technology licensing models, metrics, commercial and legal terms.Acknowledge and review all assigned requests.Confirm business requirements with stakeholders.Review and analyze contract documents for financial and language accuracy and correctness.Engage vendors and resellers as needed.Complete financial analysis for all engagements.Negotiate final Agreements.Prepare Order Requests.Manage Agreement execution process.
