SUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (2 - 4 years expertise) with technical background and excellent communication skills. A good grasp on Design and Development of IVR technology in the Telecomm sphere and Backend APIs will be added advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the IT department and business clients to understand and document their requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and ensure that the solution meets the acceptance criteria.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within the budget.
- Work with Backend API teams to develop efficient and scalable APIs that meet business requirements.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Telecom or CRM.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Backend API architecture, design, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and API Gateway.
- Working experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
