Technical Business Analyst

Our client, a telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC, is in need of a Sr Technical Systems Analyst for a six month contract, with the possibility of extension. The Analyst will need to work on-site at the Charlotte office at least three days per week. This position is responsible for formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, this role designs and develops new technical specification documents by configuring new web services or enhancing existing services using Swagger, Postman UI tools or new ways to accomplish additional or different outcomes. Required Skills:

• 6+ years' of Technical Analysis experience, or similar
• 2+ years' experience with reviewing and testing RESTful Web Services
• NoSQL Database experience (Mango DB preferred, Cassandra)
• SoapUI and Postman/Swagger experience (or similar)
• Diagramming experience (Visio or similar)
• Experience with Splunk for debugging
• Experience with writing technical documentation for Kafka data is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
