Short-Term Rental House Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team, specializing in cleaning short-term rental properties on Beech Mountain and in the Foscoe area of Banner Elk. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our rental houses to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for our guests. This is a part-time position with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, paying $15 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.

2. Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked for incoming guests.

3. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

4. Respond promptly to any potential special cleaning requests or emergencies.

5. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.

6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a clean and sanitary environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.

2. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

3. Ability to work independently and efficiently.

4. Excellent time management skills to meet tight turnaround times between guests.

5. Good communication skills for coordination with property management and other team members.

6. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects, and climbing stairs.

Working Conditions:
