DTS is looking for experienced Product Owner for a Direct Client position based in Charlotte, NC Detroit, MI Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will work hand-in-hand with our industry leading Marketing, and Engineering teams to Manage & Execute Marketing Line of Business Data Requests from EDA/D2I. The Work Itself
- Manage end to end Third Party Analytics vendor Relationship, including but not limited to :
- Statement of Work (SoWs) Contracts, their Renewals and/or Extensions.
- Potential Savings and Cost Reductions working closely with Procurement teams.
- Track work assignments against monthly credit hours or dedicated SoWs.
- Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to ensure vision and products align within enterprise strategy and product requirements.
- Updates for IPSRAs, related SLAs, Third Party Contingency Plans etc.
- Insourcing opportunities for Marketing ecosystem, including but not limited to :
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage overall program for an identified insourcing opportunity, identify/understand business inefficiencies, create and manage workstreams including roadmaps, execution and periodic updates.
- Review designs with stakeholders as needed
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of production issues with business and technology partners to swiftly address and minimize impact to users and the business.
- Ensure controls in place to manage business rules, including version controls and change controls.
- Assist in development and management of communication to operations partners for system outages and scheduled deployments.
- Assist with Organizational Readiness/Change Management for projects assigned (e.g., communications, training, organization preparedness exercises, etc.).
- Assist and collaborate with business partners in developing requirements and document as dictated by the specific project for technical solutions that enable business objectives to be met.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4-6 years’ experience in financial services or related industry preferably in project management role.
- Experience leading small to medium projects utilizing common project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, DMAIC).
- Team focused and results driven with ability to independently manage multiple tasks for multiple groups and work reliably in time sensitive situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skill set.
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal accountability, passion, and execution.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Maintains high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
