Project DescriptionRTB Engineer is responsible for providing L3 application support for the micro-segmentation product. We are looking for someone with 5-6+ years of experience, able to function as an independent member of the team handling escalations from the L2 support team, diagnose issues and identify the root cause.Responsibilities• Diagnose micro-segmentation product escalations from L2 support teams for resolution• Report and escalate issues to vendor support (TAM) when necessary• Ensure critical KPI, SLA, and deliverables are met on a periodic basis for the micro-segmentation application.• Network traffic flow analysisSkillsMust have:Troubleshooting (AIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows - This is a must for all 4 Operating systems for agent troubleshooting)+7 years of Linux Administration (Ubuntu preferred but not mandatory)Docker / Nomad ExperienceExperience with REST API troubleshootingFamiliarity with SDLCFamiliarity with Agile scrum methodologiesScripting (Bash, Python, Ansible)Strong understanding of FirewallsPrevious experience with Guardicore or Illumio (Micro-segmentation principals)Familiar with Strace (system calls) and tcpdump (network) troubleshootingStrong understanding and troubleshooting of kernel-based issuesAbility to communicate high-level and low-level requirements to end usersNice to have:Python
