All about the role:Electrolux is upgrading his Warehouse Management Solution for Spare Parts executing on a global strategic program to implement SAP across Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) distribution center locations around the world. You will play an integral part of the North America supporting already live site as well as driving implementation team and lead us in transforming and standardizing our spare parts warehouses processes and systems. This enables us to leverage our scale and digitalization for Operational Excellence.As the IT SAP EWM SME, you will actively partner with business groups to implement and optimize functionality within the EluxOne Spare Parts solution set. The role will incorporate a blend of capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements, creating configuration documentation, ensuring configurations meet business needs. You will also support the business by performing system maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and helping to manage interfaces between up and downstream systems, and act as a liaison between technical, architecture, and business teams.

What you'll do:
  • Define detailed blueprint for development requirements in outbound logistics.
  • Provide business and functional support to the SAP EWM solution.
  • Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet project needs.
  • Assess impact and gaps in the business processes and configuration for SAP EWM.
  • Drive workshops and training sessions.
  • Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
  • Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
  • Validate functional and technical specifications to support the SAP EWM implementation.
  • Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution in accordance with an agreed technical design, which must be based on EluxOne global template.
  • Responsible for providing a detailed technical design thinking as a SAP cross-function analyst/consultant;
  • Analyze and design the \u201Cto-be\u201D business processes, in partnership with integration partner, considering the connections to legacy systems.
  • Manage relationship with the integration partner that took part of the project.
Qualifications required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects;
  • Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring SAP EWM solution;
  • Working knowledge on SAP EWM technology;
  • Expertise in cross modules SAP SD / MM and integration with 3PLs;
  • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing and gap analysis;
  • Estimated travel is around 30% - 40% on site at the warehouse locations during project rollout activities.
