General Contractor Qualifier and Project Management Role

We are a Property Maintenance Company from out of state looking to cater to clients in North Carolina. We need to hire (W2) a North Carolina General Contractor to qualify our company.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a retiree or GC that is looking to lessen their workload, and earn some additional income as a qualifier. Since we're mostly maintenance, our work generally does not involve full blown construction + permit-required work, so the required oversight is minimal.

For someone that is looking for more involvement, there is certainly opportunity to be involved with project management, vendor sourcing/relationships, and more.
