We are a family-owned restaurant with multiple locations in Asheville, NC, and Greenville SC. We are searching for dynamic people to be a Server that is proficient in a high volume environment.

General Function: Performs at a professional level of leadership and work. The FOH Manager carries out responsibilities in one or more functional areas such as employee relations, hiring, training, terminations, reviews, labor relations, safe and positive work environment, profit, guest experience, and maintaining labor/food cost with the intent to improve these costs.

Principal Responsibilities/tasks: The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Send all payroll information in a timely manner to HR. Making sure all clock ins, and clocks outs are accurate and corrected before payroll begins every Monday at 9AM.

Making sure guests' experience is at its highest levels, while maintaining current regular guests, and working to grow our clientele base.

Required to work an average of 45 hours a week, which equates to 5 days a week (variable days).

Responsible for hiring and training all new staff, as well as continued training of current staff. Recognize when hiring needs to be done and actively communicate with HR with these needs.

Schedule staff according to their availability, knowledge of stations, and who works best with each other for the most productive line.

Front to back knowledge of menu and recipes, including all allergy and ‘dietary restriction’ items. Should be able to answer any questions the FOH, BOH, and clients have about ingredients and cooking methods.

Understanding functionality of all kitchen equipment. Know when and who to contact when issues arise with equipment.

Have full knowledge of each station and responsibilities of staff in each of the FOH positions; as well as be able to execute said responsibilities of each position, to train and exemplify correct methods.

Be Present! The staff feeds off the energy and focus of the FOH Manager. Showing you care inspires the staff to care!

Other duties as assigned by Ownership, Regional Manager, District Manager

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality for a minimum of 4 years.

Restaurant management experience is a plus, but not necessarily required.

ServSafe certification required. Testing paid for by the company for BOH staff and Managers

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

Physical Requirements:

● Must be able to see and hear

● Must be able to speak clearly

● Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

● Must be able to stand for up to 2 hours

● Must have knowledge of up to date Health Code and Safety

● Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office & Google Suite

● Oral and written communication skills.
