Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We are a residential, and some light commercial, heating and air conditioning company that will celebrate 15 years in business in October. We are always looking for people with the mindset of a team player and ones that wants to serve the customer while still maintaining a good work/life balance. We can only accomplish the right balance with the right people, are you one of them?

Here is what we are looking for-

3 or more years of experience (you must be able to diagnose issues with all brand and types of residential HVAC systems and zoning)

Clean driving and criminal records

People who take pride in their appearance and always look neat in both keeping their hair cut and dress well

People who are good at explaining to customers the repairs you suggest and why they need them

People who are at their designated location on time and ready to serve

People who want to be part of a team that helps each other to serve the customers

Here is what we offer to our service techs-

Hourly compensation that matches and surpasses other companies

A $50 bonus for turning over a lead to the sales team plus a percentage of a lead that turns into a sale
