Responsibilities:

Represent our home remodeling company at various home shows, trade shows, fairs, and festivals as an Event Marketer.

Engage with attendees in a friendly and approachable manner to discuss our products and services.

Actively generate leads by initiating conversations, answering questions, and providing relevant information.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, benefits, and competitive advantages through ongoing product knowledge training.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to effectively communicate our company's growth and evolution.

Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract visitors and drive traffic to our booth or exhibit.

Create and maintain a positive and professional image to create a lasting impression on event attendees.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads for follow-up.

Achieve and exceed lead generation targets set by the company.

Adapt to different event environments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Follow up with leads promptly and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Passionate about interacting with people and engaging them in conversation.

Self-motivated and driven by achieving goals.

Ability to work weekends, evenings, and days as per event schedules.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

Prior experience in event marketing, trade show promotion, or sales is preferred.

Familiarity with the home remodeling industry and related products is a plus.

Must be comfortable approaching and speaking to strangers and initiating conversations.

High level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have a money mindset and be motivated to maximize lead generation opportunities.

Willingness to learn and adapt to product knowledge training.

Ability to articulate the company's history, growth, and evolution as an industry leader since 1955.
