DevOps Support Engineer

job summary:Experience in Application Lifecycle Management for CICD tools including Cloudbees Jenkins, Redhat Ansible, RedHat OpenShift, Xebia XLR and SonarQube 5+ years systems support, infrastructure, and engineering experience. 5+ years production application support. 5+ years working with Enterprise Linux and/or MS Windows Server in an administrative format. 5+ years technical Systems architecture & design. 5+ years experience with Linux Shell scripting or PowerShell scripting. 5+ years experience with Apache Tomcat administration. Experience with containers and container management tools like Kubernetes and OpenShift Experience with container images deploy & release management with Openshift and/or Kubernetes. location: Charlotte, North Carolinajob type: Permanentsalary: $125,000 - 140,000 per yearwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

• Process driven with strong communication skills (verbal and written) required for technical documentation and client communications
• Experienced in managing complex distributed application stacks with the ability to connect dots to resolve production issues quickly
• Candidates should be a quick learner and have the ability and drive to understand in-house and third party technologies
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a pressured environment
• Expertise in handling overall IT Infrastructure & Scheduled maintenances
• Good understanding of infrastructure (hardware) components and networking
• Excellent Operational skills, troubleshooting Production issues and identifying Root Cause & Prevention
