Pro Marine Service Inc., a leading boat repair shop in Burlington NC for 20+ years, is seeking a talented and experienced Boat Mechanic to join our growing team. As a vital member of our service department, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of boats and marine engines, ensuring our customers get back on the water quickly and safely.

What you'll do:

Diagnose and repair outboard and inboard gasoline and diesel engines

Perform routine maintenance and preventative services

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

Install and repair marine accessories

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for:

Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems

Strong understanding of outboard and inboard gasoline and diesel engines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

A commitment to ongoing training and learning

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and a clean background check
