Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 06 Months With Possible Extension

Responsibilities

Will work as liaison between the clients to communicate the business requirements and ensure all business requirements are accurately communicated.
Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of clients and teams;
Extensive Stakeholder/Customer interaction, regular review of project progress and obtain confirmation that application is meeting business expectations.
Creates Use Cases and Business Process Flows
Review, classify, and prioritize all behaviors reported/logged as a result of testing activities
General oversight and coordination of test cycles, excluding User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements

2-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in CS/BIS/IT relevant or any Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
The ability to motivate others and lead change.
A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
Strong interest in business and business development.
Good understanding of information technology
Good understanding of BRD’s & FRD’s
