Job Summary: Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:- To represent sales interests at internal meetings
- Support sales with functional questions
- Keep sales CRM systems updated with activity and data to assist with the accurate reporting of sales statistics
- Identify any gaps together with proposals for their resolution
- Business improvement, achieving aggressive productivity targets
- Provide timely, insightful analysis with appropriate level of detail to enable strategic, management and operational decision-making through Structured Reports responses to ad-hoc requests
- Produce comprehensive, clear and concise specifications that follow defined standards
- Explore business process re-engineering with customers to improve the citizen experience
- Ensure the highest quality through the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure specifications undergo formal review and are signed off
Requirements:- Comprehensive knowledge of process methodology (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills to effectively liaise with internal partners and build teamwork, trust and mutual respect
- Demonstrated ability to work with diversified technical, sales & project management teams
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision & meet deadlines
- Project management experience & proven ability to lead a team to develop and deliver projects for acceptance within cost/schedule constraints
- 3-10 years previous business consulting experience
