Job Description:Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner with Microsoft PowerApps for an opportunity with a client located in Harrisburg, NC.
Responsibilities:- Experience in dashboard and report creation using Microsoft Power BI
- Workflow concepts and tools
- Experience with InfoPath and / or other SharePoint forms
- Experience with end user application needs, documentation, tracking, and communicating effectively to the IT Technical team
- Perform SharePoint administration to include managing permissions - restrict and revoke access as required
- Provide end-user support for SharePoint
- Administering content management systems for Operations content owners
- Providing production support for web utilities and the intranet environment for all units of Operations
- Developing intranet utilities for all units within Operations
- Providing technical assistance to Operations intranet and SharePoint users
- Project work to estimate and plan for the implementation of solutions for new systems and continuous improvements for existing ones
- Assess evergreen technology as made available through Office 365 to identify and validate business opportunities as related to the intranet
- Provide ongoing reporting measures, lessons learned with a focus on promoting efficiency, and new, more productive ways of working
Requirements:- Agile implementation as a product owner. This role will be implementing a firm wide technology solution to essentially replace a spreadsheet (easy concept, difficult/diverse/annoying user base). Or someone who has been a technology Business Analyst
- Requirements writing, will be assisting in tech implementation
- Customer service oriented. Needs to be able to speak to technology users and act as SME for technology platform
- SharePoint/Power Apps/Power BI - reporting platform technology experience
- Experience in dashboard and report creation using Microsoft Power BI
- Workflow concepts and tools
- Experience with end user application needs, documentation, tracking, and communicating effectively to the IT Technical team
