Assistant/Helper needed

This is part time work, as-needed but it can become regular project work if we make a good team.

Ideal helper can be a student who can work with me and make some money on the side. I'm thinking $15-$20/hr

I need someone who is eager and willing to learn, wants to do a good job, punctual and enthusiastic. Previous experience is a plus. Eagerness to learn is even better. My goal is to have at least a 2-4 hour project to make it worth while for you.

I'm looking for a helper to help me with:

- Pressure Washing sidewalks/driveway

- Wash and clean a car

- Painting

- Landscape and yard cleanup like mowing, blowing leaves and picking up branches.

- Misc maintenance like replacing AC air filters

- Other projects may include, small Tiling work, Plumbing like fixing a toilet or Hanging TV on a wall, Fixing a computer, replacing a light bulb etc.

I will provide all the tools. We will work on all these projects together and they will all involve buildings and locations that I own. It is just too much for me to manage by myself which is why I need some help.
