Responsibilities:

Organize daily objectives while ensuring schedules and goals are met.

Supervise, and support personnel.

Ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures.

Oversee inventory control.

Facilitate storewide communication.

Oversee the proper receiving and processing of shipments.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.

Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a professional demeanor.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Enthusiastic personality combined with strong motivational skills.

Must be articulate and confident.

Practical experience with computers and programs including Microsoft Office.
