Trucking Dispatcher

Small fleet trucking company looking for an experienced dispatcher to efficiently manage day to day dispatching, DOT compliance, safety operations, some mechanical and other administrative tasks. This is a Monday through Friday trucking operation but will require your attn whenever a need arises. The daily time commitment to manage this fleet may not require FT effort every day. Equally important though, as needs arise for the fleet after hours, mechanical/Dispatching/other, although infrequent, I'd still need you to be available to oversee a positive outcome.

We have a book of business we manage currently very lane specific in the NE primarily. We are open to dispatchers with other business relationship opportunities as well within this region as well. We are a small family-owned company. We need commitment and detailed focus. We need the human and mechanical assets in the field optimized and cared for every day.

It is possible for this position to be managed remotely. That will depend on variables that can be discussed during an interview.
