Sr. Policy Analyst (Planning / Transformation / Data Analysis)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Sr. Policy Analyst in Manhattan, NY.Description:Support day-to-day activities of the Transformation, which restructures the agency top-to-bottom and introduces new policies and business practices. This includes: Conducting communication and interaction between the leadership team and federal oversight partners pertaining to the Transformation Leading regular meetings with staff and residents. Ensuring timelines are met and schedules kept for Transformation projects. Preparing regular updates and briefings as required Collecting and analyzing data and presenting to senior staff and the Executive team Directing inter-departmental and inter-agency working groups to solve specific operational problems. Preparing reports for executives and external stakeholders on analytical findings and recommendations. Creating business process flows and identifying key pain points. 9+ years experience required.Key Competencies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling way. Ability to liaise with internal and external senior leaders and build positive relationships across all levels of staff. Ability to diagnose problems accurately; evaluate and develop alternative courses of action; recommend and/or implement creative and effective solutions. Ability to prioritize and successfully carry out multiple assignments simultaneously, adapting quickly as projects take new direction. Previous experience or demonstrated interest in housing policy, real estate, New York City, and/or other relevant issues a plus.
