We are looking for skilled workers to help maintnence Rental houses in the Buffalo area and surrounding areas. Please be able to do Handyman work on every trade. Must be able to take 8 pictures of a basic toilet install. Banks have to be walked along the whole process. Pictures are 80% of the job. Be knowledgeable on HVAC and Appliances. Be able to fix light fixtures, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures, drywall, roofing, framing ect Please know everything about residential homes. Dont need an expert just someone who is handy.
