Service Desk Engineer - Power Automation Experience
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Service Desk Engineer w/ for a Contract to Hire assignment with one of our premier Financial Advisory clients in New York, NY. This role is onsite Mon-Fri - No Exceptions He/She must be local to the tri-state area - no relocation candidates Must have prior experience with Power BI and Power Automation. The candidate will be providing white-glove support to employees throughout the organization, including C-suite executives. Communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to continue learning and expanding upon ones skillsets are paramount to this role. Prior experience with Power BI and Power Automation are a must have, in order for the candidate to be successful in this role. Must-Have Extensive Knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- MS 365 (Expert Level)
- Any ticketing system
- Power BI and associated applications
- Power Automation
- Mobility: WiFi troubleshooting, iPads, Routers etc.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of service desk experience.
