Senior Business Analyst - Equities Trading

Seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to support the Equities business, and focus on Order and Execution Management systems. Highly competitive compensation package includes a base salary in the range of 140K to 200K, commensurate with Candidate's experience and a performance bonus.

• Foster strong relationships with trading desks, learn and document their workflows, pain points, and feature requests.
• Drive the requirements process for all new feature requests, including business and financial requirements documentation, stakeholder review and signoff,
• Project management of large, complex projects that require integration across the different functional areas within the firm.
• Release Note documentation
• User training including teach-ins

• Demonstrated Business Analysis and Product Management experience in the equities trading environment.
• Deep understanding of Equities & Derivatives and core order/execution management functions.
• Deep understanding of trading workflows including basket and algorithmic trading.
• Experience soliciting requirements, managing expectations, training on new features and functionalities.
• Experience working in a scrum environment, working knowledge of JIRA.
• Prior software development experience is a plus.
