Residential Carpenter/Foreman

Moseley Construction is a small construction company in the Ithaca area looking to expand. We focus on high quality residential remodeling projects in and around the Ithaca area. Compensation will depend on skill set, experience, dependability and motivation.

What's Required:

-Positive Attitude

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

(preferably truck or van)

-Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction

-Experience with reading plans and building to code requirements

-Create next day task list and communicate progress with owner

-Able to estimate materials needed on site and problem solve unforeseen issues

-Communicate respectfully with customers

-Able to lift 75 lbs

-Basic hand and power tools, tool belt
