- Responsible for gathering requirements and shaping them into User Stories, as well as developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes.
- Competent in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes.
- Accountable for ensuring user stories have acceptance criteria
- Knowledgeable in agile frameworks or methods (i.e., Scrum, Kanban) or understanding of software development life cycle models
- Typical resources will have deep background in Media, advertising-based companies
