Manager/Keyholder

Good Stuff of Plattsburgh is looking for a Manager/Key Holder position (32+ hours/week). Previous retail and sales skills is a plus. Previous supervisory experience a plus as well. Weekends & evenings is a must. We are looking for a long term team person. Will be responsible for the daily operations (ordering, scheduling, shift coverages) of the store. Person would be expected to coverage shifts if there is a staffing issue.

Must be honest, responsible, people friendly, reliable, quick learner, and can pass a background check if job is offered. Great pay & benefits. We start at $17 per hour, plus we offer bonus incentives. Our bonus incentives are called “tiers”. Depending on if your store “as a team”, hits the weekly sales goal, you can potentially get $2 up to $3 extra per hour for that week.
