ROLE OVERVIEW:As a leader at FRG you will need to create high performing teams through your expert knowledge of the market and strong leadership behaviors. You will be responsible for a team and budget, as well as working with other leaders across the brand to ensure the company objectives are met. You will develop the next generation of leaders and positively impact the culture of the organization.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYDisplaying Frank Recruitment Group's core values, delivering your personal monthly sales targets and leading your team of recruitment consultants with varying levels of experience you will be expected to be a brand ambassador internally and externally for FRG. You and your team will need to provide our candidates and clients with the highest levels of professional service while representing yourself as a credible, professional, industry expert, demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviors at all times. You coach, mentor and motivate your team of specialist niche recruitment consultants in a high-performing, high-trust culture to achieve their required targets. You'll also lead by example by hitting your own sales targets monthly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Strong working knowledge of recruitment and sales gained from a Recruitment / Staffing agency, including managing high performing recruitment sales teams Market expertise and commercial acumen Natural leadership qualities to spearhead a successful sales team that includes build trust, drive innovation, inspire others, develop people, reward achievement, and always shows integrity The ability to coach but also have a great attitude towards learning A customer-centric approach

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 3+ years of experience in the professional/technical staffing industry Track record of individual performance Experience with enterprise and mid-market sales and client development Willingness and ability to cultivate high-performance teams in an environment built on mutual trust Inspirational and collaborative leadership style An innovative thinker with the courage to try new things
