You will be responsible for a team and budget, as well as working with other leaders across the brand to ensure the company objectives are met. You will develop the next generation of leaders and positively impact the culture of the organization. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYDisplaying Frank Recruitment Group's core values, delivering your personal monthly sales targets and leading your team of recruitment consultants with varying levels of experience you will be expected to be a brand ambassador internally and externally for FRG. You and your team will need to provide our candidates and clients with the highest levels of professional service while representing yourself as a credible, professional, industry expert, demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviors at all times. You coach, mentor and motivate your team of specialist niche recruitment consultants in a high-performing, high-trust culture to achieve their required targets. You'll also lead by example by hitting your own sales targets monthly.
