Large, busy Apartment Community in Dewitt is looking for a full-time candidate to join our maintenance team.

We are looking for exceptional people to learn and grow with our company.

Duties include:

Maintenance of rental units.

Work orders

Painting

Cleaning

Plumbing and electrical work.

Special projects as assigned

Dry wall experience

Basic carpentry

Plowing experience

Trash pick up.

Skills Required:

Communicate effectively

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated

Able to work independently

Must be organized

Must have valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation.

Able to lift 50lbs

Must have own tools

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and take on call assignments.
