Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

MDMS is recruiting for an HRBP for a bank in NYC. You will be responsible for working on initiatives including career management, employee mobility, recruitment, talent management, HRBP project management, compensation, and exit management. Requirements:- 4+ years of HR experience (including 2+ years of HRBP experience).- Experience in employee and employee relations management, talent acquisition and talent management, onboarding and exit management, and career management.-Experience working on HR reporting, HR projects, HR data, etc.-Experience working with different teams, business units, and stakeholders.-Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.-Bachelors Degree
