Position: Full-Time Experienced Line Cook

Job Description:

As a Full-Time experienced line cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Prepping Ingredients: Efficiently preparing and assembling ingredients needed for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.

Cooking and Plating: Following our recipes to cook menu items, working with team members to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes according to our high standards.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring your workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized at all times, following health and safety guidelines.

Stock Management: Assisting with inventory management, ensuring that your line is always stocked with necessary ingredients.

Collaboration: Working closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Skills: Strong cooking skills, with a solid understanding of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.

Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certifications: Food Handlers Certification is preferred.

Hours & Pay

$20 - $28 based on experience

50/50 health insurance.

Wed, Fri, & Sat 10am. to close

Sun. 9am. - 4pm.

Open to requested days off as needed.
