Required

• BS degree and 10+ years working as IT Infrastructure Leader
• Financial Services industry experience.
• Stable work history

• Distributed enterprise infrastructure environment including Azure Cloud and 365 infrastructures as well as Linux and Unix platforms

We are seeking Head of IT Infrastructure, with deep technical knowledge and understanding for our financial services client located in NYC, selected individual must have 10+ years’ experience as an infrastructure leader with a stable work history and experience working in the financial services industry

As Head of IT Infrastructure, you will:

• Manage and develop a team who is responsible for all IT Infrastructure matters across the entire USA. You will work closely with the Global Head of Infrastructure as well as all individual Group IT silo heads to insure a seamless global approach.
• Have regional responsibility for all aspects of IT Infrastructure services, including outsourcing, overseeing implementation, operations & maintenance of systems and required processes to ensure the stability and availability of dependent information systems.
• Deep and wide technical experience to ensure the necessary service interdependencies are met. You will also have expert knowledge of IT service management concepts and processes needed to run a mature enterprise IT function.
• Own and manage the relationship with key Infrastructure providers, to agreed service levels. You will work with service providers to manage technical and non-technical escalations.
• Excellent communicator, verbally and written
• Run the daily regional IT operations meeting and work closely with team leads
• Demonstrated experience leading an IT Infrastructure function that is delivered by both internal teams and outsourced partnerships.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Previous experience working with outsourcing services
