Job DetailsA Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required We are seeking an experienced Facility Engineer with a background in Refrigeration Chillers, HVAC, Black Utilities, Landscape and Building Structures.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Monitor performance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve issues with all equipment and control systems.Review, identify and implement improvements in PM procedures and the PM program.Independently establish and maintain equipment files, change control records and other records, as well as prepare reports.Reduce the costs of services and continuously improve energy and other operating costs.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other related subject areaMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in programming, troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues with PLCs, HVAC systems, motors, boilers, purified water systems, air compressors, and/or electrical distribution systems.Demonstrated adherence to environmental and safety regulations, creating an environment consistent with GMPs, OSHA and company policies.Experience in Pharma industry preferredInterested in hearing more?
