This position requires an ambitious, reliable individual to oversee construction projects. Manage projects, ranging from apartment remodels, house remodels, and development of new apartment buildings. Work with architect to enlist contracting services and obtain materials on a timely basis through completion of project. Properties are located throughout Albany, Rensselaer and Schenectady Counties. Vacation, holidays, health insurance, transportation to worksite are provided.
