Digital/Web Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Digital/Web Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier SaaSclients in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities :

• Multi-task and support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior, investigate emerging trends and diagnose data discrepancies.
• Monitor business performance and conduct root-cause analysis (as needed) to understand key performance drivers and opportunities
• Build Adobe Analytics workspaces for reporting & self-service
• Conduct strategic analysis projects and present clearly communicated findings & recommendations that lead to impactful insights & for key partners.
• Partner with the Adobe.com Analytics Enablement team to provide analytics requirements, as well as understand the web analytics implementation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is required.
• Adobe Analytics experience - Expert using Adobe Analytics for analysis and insight generation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
• Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Up to the challenge of exploring new areas and finding creative ways to circumvent data problems.
• Self-starter.
• Good understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
