Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Communications Specialist in Manhattan, NY.Description:The client is seeking a communications specialist with experience in IT writing and documentation for an IT services operation. The IT department is transforming into a customer-service focused model. This role will contribute to the documentation of ITIL-based processes, re-branding of the IT intranet site, IT communication management, documenting new & updating existing policies and procedures. This specialist will leverage their communications and writing skills to facilitate and support the IT Strategy & Planning team. Specific deliverables for this engagement include:Duties: IT Communications: Publishing bi-monthly IT newsletter, day-to-day communications, managing/monitoring the IT communications mailbox, contribute to IT intranet website and keep it up to date.
