We are looking for 10 + Years of Experience as Business Analyst in Property and Casualty Insurance Technical Skills: 1. 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst 2. Strong Domain Knowledge - Property and Casualty Insurance, 3. Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill 4. Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies . 5. Strong in written and verbal communication 6. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business 7. Understanding of Insurance business processes. 8. Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies Roles and responsibilities: Should be able to follow industry best processes Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges. Behavioral Skills : Should be aggressive in making decisions. Should have very good communication. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Qualification: Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
