CRI Advantage is looking for a Project Manager to work with our client in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Project Manager will provide Project Management Services to the Procuring Agency for the Asset Management certified project, including management and reporting on the project’s budget, schedule, scope. Project Manager will provide requirements gathering, stakeholder management, procurement management, and coordination with the Procuring Agency Administrative Services Division (ASD) Director Department of Information Technology (DoIT) Enterprise Project Management Office.

Stakeholder ManagementThe Project Manager will provide project management services in accordance with Project Management Best Practices and DoIT Standards to ensure project success and completion to the Procuring Agency in support of its Certified Project. The Contractor’s activities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop, update, and manage the Project Management Plan in coordination with the Procuring Agency;
  • Develop, update, and manage the Project Schedule;
  • Develop, update, and manage the Communication Plan;
  • Manage and perform quality review of the Requirements and User Acceptance Testing Plan documents;
  • Manage and perform quality review of the Test Strategy and Plan documents;
  • Manage and perform quality review of the User Manuals and Training documents;
  • Manage and perform quality review of the Production Cutover Plan documents;
  • Develop, update, and perform quality review of the Lessons Learned Report documents;
  • Develop, update, and perform quality review of the Project Closeout Report documents;
  • Manage stakeholder coordination;
  • Manage scope of the project;
  • Manage all contracts and project deliverables for contracts supporting the Project;
  • Presents to DoIT PCC and EPMO regarding C2 allocation and certification requests, technical architecture and significant changes including project phases;
  • Keep project on schedule relative to milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources;
  • Manage Project scope, budget, risks, and schedule.
Contractor will maintain the Project Management Plan to manage project execution and control all processes, procedures, and plans for activities stated above and as required by the Procuring Agency. All plans and documents will be reviewed and approved by the Procuring Agency.Contractor will maintain the Project Schedule to include key tasks, activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical path. After the schedule is finalized and approved by the Procuring Agency, the schedule will be baselined, and the Contractor will track actual project performance and will address and mitigate any variances. Contractor will keep the Procuring Agency updated on anything that interferes with the completion of the project or impacts project scope, budget, risks, schedule, and quality.
