The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and HVAC systems. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of mechanical engineering projects, including design, planning, and implementation
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Ensure project completion within budget and on schedule
- Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and project team members
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
