Customer Service Representative

Three doctor Veterinarian office is looking for an awesome person to add to their team.

The applicant will need to communicate clearly and accurately to doctors, clients and other staff members. Must be well groomed, self starter, detail oriented, on time and responsible. Answering phones, setting appointment, welcoming clients and patients, and being a part of a great work family. The soft skill of listening and empathy are a must. We are fast pace and working under pressure is part of our daily routine.

We will train the right person and help them grow in the position. A smile and great sense of humor is helpful and will come in handy.
