Client Services Manager

A marketing agency is looking for a Client Services Manager who can maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Duties

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive customer retention

-Understand and balance stakeholders' interests

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services

- Serve as the face of the company to the executive leadership of other companies

- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding services and products

Experience

- 5 years of proven experience in client services or account management

- Strong leader with strong problem-solving abilities

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships

- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
