Job Title: Cleaning & Restoration Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Disaster Restoration Supervisor to lead and oversee our restoration teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disaster restoration, exceptional management and leadership skills, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

- Lead and manage disaster restoration crews effectively.

- Provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and high-quality restoration work.

- Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment.

2. Project Oversight:

- Oversee all aspects of disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Manage project timelines and deadlines.

3. Crew Management:

- Schedule and assign tasks to restoration crews.

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals and expectations.

- Provide training and mentorship to crew members.

4. Client Communication:

- Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

- Provide updates on project progress and address any client concerns.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Resource Allocation:

- Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.

- Manage equipment and materials inventory.

- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity.

6. Quality Control:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures.

- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.

- Address and resolve any issues related to quality or performance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in disaster restoration.

2. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

3. Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.

4. In-depth knowledge of disaster restoration processes, techniques, and equipment.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

7. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

8. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the restoration industry.

9. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand and sit for multiple hours with breaks in between.

10. Must possess a valid driver's license with no DUIs or DWIs looking back ten years.

11. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
