Position Overview:
Our Cultivation Technician positions play a crucial role in executing cultivation plans for cultivation, ensuring the production of high-quality cannabis. Technicians are responsible for various tasks throughout the cannabis production cycle, from cloning and transplanting to harvesting and curing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cloning: Cutting, rooting, transplanting; clone care, watering, feeding; monitoring and climate control; labeling; inventory data input.
Vegetative and Flowering Phase: Trimming, staking, big leafing, pruning; plant care, watering, feeding; monitoring and climate control; pest and disease control; inventory data input.
Harvesting: Cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input.
Curing: Hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: Monitoring, calibrating, running, and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning workspaces and tools.
Qualifications:
Experience in growing cannabis

High school diploma/GED preferred

Working Conditions:
Exposure to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals, and fumes (precautionary measures in place)

Operation of power hand tools and cultivation machinery
Physical Requirements:
Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
Ability to lift, position, or move items up to 50 pounds
20-25 hours per week, can be more hours depending on seasonal work.
