We are hiring for IMMEDIATE help with a few locations! Main areas are Artesia, Roswell, Carlsbad and Hobbs.
Reliable transportation is a must, the bus is not reliable transportation unfortunately, as well as a smartphone for your schedule and manager communications.
We assemble BBQ grills and bicycles, patio furniture indoor/outdoor furniture etc. for Walmart. You will need to be able to be to work on time and consistent in your work! HONESTY, SAFTEY, and INTEGRITY is our top three traits we look for!
You will receive proper and adequate training for these items and for your position! If you can travel to these locations and be consistent as well as work independently we will keep you busy with work all year round
We are W-2 employment, and we offer you the ability to earn an uncapped wage! Meaning the more you can assemble the more you earn! Average techs earn $125-150 for 5-6 hours of work, with our top techs earning $250+ per day. We pay bi-weekly and direct deposit, so a bank account is required.
We are piece rate pay structure, meaning there is a price for each item you assemble, however, NO LIMIT to your earning potential. Again the faster you are as assembly the more you can earn!
