1099 - DAY PORTER - Sub Contractors Needed

MUST HAVE AN LLC

POTENTIAL SUB-CONTRACTORS SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

An independently established business (LLC, Trade Name, etc.)

Equipment, Tools, and Supplies needed for the type of work they perform

Professional appearance, attitude, and ability to follow directions and provide quality service

Required insurance including General Liability (up to $1-Mil) and Worker's Compensation

Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance

Pressure Washers (Must have Equipment)

Parking Lot Sweepers (Must have Equipment)

Day Porters or Outside Cleaners

Maintenance Repairs (Must have Tools)
