Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Along the way, youll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects.

Who will you work for? You will work under the supervision of the Director of Information Security who is responsible for all aspects of security including Tradewebs infrastructure, both on-prem and cloud. You will be supported by a team of skilled security professionals who will guide you throughout for a successful internship. Below are the responsibilities an intern would take on in this role.

• Develop automation playbooks and create practical user experience of the playbooks
• Develop integrations with 3rd party services and APIs
• Author documentation related to the automation workflows
• Build custom scripts for adhoc use cases
• Work with security team members and develop use cases for detection/response activities
• Support in bug-fixes of existing playbooks and scripts

What do you need to succeed?

• Strong scripting skills, e.g Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript
• Knowledge of SOAR platforms and functionalities
• Basic knowledge of network and systems control
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
