Job Description
  • Manage and develop sales plans and initiatives for YASH Services, SAP New Software License sales, AMS (application management services) and Implementation services
  • Be an extension of the SAP inside sales organization
  • Research prospective target accounts with SAP Sales, evaluate customer needs, and work with the YASH organization to assign resources to meet customer needs and close business
  • Use all inter-company resources needed to support all business development activities with SAP and your own
  • Use all inter-company and SAP resources needed to develop prospect proposals, product presentations, and closing of License and Services sales engagements
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies
  • Work closely with marketing and the sales team to develop promotional communications
  • Manage complex product demonstrations and product demos for potential software implementations
  • Work closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Marketing to meet customers' technical specifications and answer complex product delivery questions
  • Evaluate and summarize all sales activity reports, identifying successful sales activities, sales trends, special account information/issues, and any follow-up action required
  • Maintain knowledge of new products features, applications, market conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends by reading pertinent product material and consulting with technical personnel
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the YASH delivery model, capabilities, and methodologies
  • Maintain a pipeline representing 3x the assigned quota
