Senior Sales ExecutiveThe ideal candidate must have experience in selling complex services, ERP new Software deals.
Job Description- Manage and develop sales plans and initiatives for YASH Services, SAP New Software License sales, AMS (application management services) and Implementation services
- Be an extension of the SAP inside sales organization
- Research prospective target accounts with SAP Sales, evaluate customer needs, and work with the YASH organization to assign resources to meet customer needs and close business
- Use all inter-company resources needed to support all business development activities with SAP and your own
- Use all inter-company and SAP resources needed to develop prospect proposals, product presentations, and closing of License and Services sales engagements
- Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies
- Work closely with marketing and the sales team to develop promotional communications
- Manage complex product demonstrations and product demos for potential software implementations
- Work closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Marketing to meet customers' technical specifications and answer complex product delivery questions
- Evaluate and summarize all sales activity reports, identifying successful sales activities, sales trends, special account information/issues, and any follow-up action required
- Maintain knowledge of new products features, applications, market conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends by reading pertinent product material and consulting with technical personnel
- Develop a detailed understanding of the YASH delivery model, capabilities, and methodologies
- Maintain a pipeline representing 3x the assigned quota
