Project Coordinator/Business Analyst: to support product managers and work with subject matter experts developing a next generation enterprise system. Provide both project tracking and producing business analyst deliverables in a dynamic, enterprise environment. Fill a variety of different roles based on the needs of the day and flex with the team as needed. Responsibilities:
- Work as a project coordinator/business analyst with a product development team, interfacing with IT project manager/team.
- Document existing processes and procedures, develop functional requirement for use by IT development.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as appropriate.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Maintain changes and updates to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Work across the departments to obtain updated schedules and timelines and incorporate them into the project plans.
- Measure project progression using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues/inquiries to management as needed.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, communication and clarification of the specific requirements for the project. Provide status reports.
- Facilitate meetings, create and maintain project documentation as appropriate.
- Provide support for all stages of product development lifecycle including UAT and overseeing projects in Service Now (creation, prioritization and completion/clean up)
- Business analyst and project management skills and experience.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, take initiative and multi-task.
- Strong documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong organization skills and flexibility for constantly changing and challenging conditions.
- Ability to learn and understand general technical concepts.
- Technical background/experience preferred, but not required.
- Available to work onsite at Headquarters at least 3 days per week.
- Available to work evenings on occasion (may be required for discussions with global teams via telephone or video conferences).
